If you have purchased tickets to an event at a Golden 1 Center arena in Northern California, you may be wondering what the policy is on refunds or exchanges. The good news is that if the event is canceled, you can return your tickets to the point of purchase for a refund. Unfortunately, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. Any Thrill plans purchased by resellers or professional ticket brokers (as determined by the Giants) that violate this policy will be revoked without a refund.
